Brightline's Orlando station is an airport trip

Brightline reaches Orlando through the airport station, so the real plan includes parking, pickup, bags, and the ride from MCO.

Brightline can make an Orlando trip feel easier, but the Orlando station is an airport station.

That changes the plan. If you are going to downtown Orlando, Lake Nona, a theme-park hotel, Winter Park, or a family house, the train is only one leg. You still need to think about bags, pickup, rideshare space, rental cars, parking, shuttles, and the time it takes to move through the airport.

This is especially useful for South Florida visitors who are used to Brightline as a downtown-to-downtown ride. In Orlando, the last mile may be the longest-feeling part of the trip if you did not plan it.

Start with the airport train-service information and your final address. Check train times, terminal details, parking, pickup areas, and ground transportation before you buy around a tight schedule. If you are meeting someone, agree on the exact airport spot, not just “the Brightline station.” Build in a little extra time.
