Florida Porch is a public information site owned by Emma Rose Holdings LLC. It does not need your private account details to review a source correction or broken link.
If you send feedback or email, we may receive your message, email address, page URL, page title, correction details, and any source link you include. We may use Resend or another email delivery provider to route that message to our inbox. Do not send passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical details, or other private information.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. It may process technical details such as IP address, device data, browser data, pages requested, timestamps, security signals, and basic request information to deliver pages, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
Florida Porch uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people visit and whether those pages load well. Its reports may include total visits and page views, page paths, referring sites, broad country and device details, and page-speed measurements such as Core Web Vitals. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint individual readers, and does not log URL query strings. Tool entries, search words, feedback messages, and email addresses are not sent to this service.
Florida Porch may count a small set of actions that show whether the directory is helping: opening a search result, getting no search result, using a calculator, following an official source, moving to a place or county page, and opening or sending feedback. These counts contain only the action name, current page path, and a broad type such as place or guide. They do not include raw search words, calculator entries or results, feedback messages, email addresses, URL query strings, cookies, account IDs, or visitor identifiers. This signal does not run when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled in the browser, and Cloudflare retains the aggregate dataset for three months.
Feedback forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile or a similar tool to reduce spam and abuse. That provider may process technical information needed to decide whether a form request looks human.
Florida Porch does not currently use paid-link tracking. If advertising, affiliate measurement, or another tracking service is added later, this policy and nearby disclosures will explain the change before it goes live.
When you leave Florida Porch for a government office, agency, advertiser, map, company, or other site, that outside site controls its own privacy practices.
We may keep feedback long enough to review a correction, fix a source, protect the site, or understand what readers are trying to solve.
