Sebastian Inlet is a Treasure Coast condition check

Sebastian Inlet State Park is a major surf, fishing, beach, and inlet stop where conditions shape the day.

Sebastian Inlet is one of those places where the map tells only half the story.

The park sits at a powerful cut between ocean and lagoon. That can mean surfing, fishing, beach time, camping, history, wildlife, and big water views. It can also mean current, wind, surf, tides, parking, fees, and closures that matter more than a simple beach plan.

This is why the day should start with conditions. A fishing trip, swim, surf session, museum stop, or family picnic each needs a slightly different check. The inlet may be the draw, but it is not the same kind of water every hour.

Use the Florida State Parks pages before you go. Check hours, fees, alerts, swimming guidance, fishing rules, and weather. If you are crossing from the Space Coast or Treasure Coast side, confirm which entrance and activity fit the time you have.
