Riviera Beach waterfront parking changes by lot

A Riviera Beach resident permit works in the Ocean Walk Retail West and marina lots, not every waterfront space. North Ocean Avenue and the premium lot follow visitor parking rules.

At the Riviera Beach waterfront, a parking pass does not follow you from one space to the next.

Ocean Walk and the City Marina both have paid parking, but each has its own zones. A resident pass works in Ocean Walk Retail West and the marina’s east and west lots. It does not work on North Ocean Avenue or in the Ocean Walk Premium Lot. Those spaces may look like part of the same beach stop, so the sign by the car is what counts.

If you live in Riviera Beach and want a pass, have your vehicle registration ready. Each pass is tied to one vehicle. A registration with the 33404 ZIP code can go through the online form. If your Riviera Beach address uses another ZIP code, contact the parking program for help rather than assuming you cannot apply.

For a day visit, scan the sign or use a kiosk. No app download is needed. Retail West and the paved marina lots currently start with two free hours, but North Ocean Avenue uses a separate price. Since prices and lot rules can change, check the sign before walking away. Use the parking page for the latest map, pass details, and rates.

Where to see it

Ocean Walk on Singer Island and the Riviera Beach Marina. Check the city parking page and the sign beside the space for the current zone, rate, and permit rules.
