In Parkland, the city name on the address does not tell you who sends the water bill.
The city does not run water or sewer service. Instead, three systems serve its homes: the City of Coconut Creek, North Springs Improvement District, and Parkland Utilities. The city’s live list groups neighborhoods under each one. Since more than one system uses the 33067 ZIP code, the ZIP alone is not enough.
Start with the neighborhood on the city list, then confirm the exact street address with that provider before opening or closing an account. A recent bill from the seller, landlord, or current account holder can make the check faster. Do not let the shared name fool you. Parkland Utilities is a private company, not a city office.
If that company serves your home, the kind of problem decides where to go next. The Florida Public Service Commission handles issues with service, notices, or customer response. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection handles water quality. Keep the address, account number, and a short record of the problem nearby when you make contact.
