Oakland Park water service starts with the provider

An Oakland Park address can receive water and sewer service from the city, Broward County, or Fort Lauderdale. Confirm the provider before opening an account.

An Oakland Park address does not always mean an Oakland Park water account.

The city bills for water and sewer in its own service area. Other providers serve a few parts of town. Broward County serves North Andrews Gardens and Lakeside. Fort Lauderdale serves Twin Lakes South.

There is one more split to keep straight. Oakland Park buys water for its own system from Fort Lauderdale. Oakland Park can still be the name on the bill. The water source and the billing office are not always the same answer.

Start with the exact service address and a recent bill, if one is at hand. Confirm the provider. Then use that provider’s current steps to open an account. Check the live page for forms, rates, fees, and office details because those can change.

Save the provider reply with the move-in file. It answers only the water and sewer question. Trash, power, taxes, schools, and city lines may follow other maps.
