Greenacres permit history starts with the service address
Greenacres uses a current filing portal and a public permit-record search. Begin with the property address and use the door that matches the job.
An old Greenacres permit search and a new permit filing start at different doors.
The Building Division sends new permit work to its current filing tool. Older permit research uses the public search. In that search, use either the service address or the permit type and number. Do not fill in both. A job still under review may appear only under its service address.
Open the result and match it to the work you can see. It may be a roof, window, air conditioner, power panel, pool, room, or other job. A permit number does not prove that the final check passed.
Some old records may not appear online. If the house or work is older than the result, ask the Building Department to look for the file. A blank screen does not prove that no permit exists.
Save the permit number, job details, final check, and closeout together. First confirm that the property is inside Greenacres. A nearby Palm Beach County address may use a different permit office.

Florida open permits can follow the address
Open or expired permits can matter in a Florida sale, insurance file, or repair plan, so permit history belongs in the address check.
