Estero has two water providers: Lee County Utilities serves properties north of Williams Road, while Bonita Springs Utilities serves properties south of it.
In Estero, the first water question is not which form to use. It is which side of Williams Road the home is on.
The village says Lee County Utilities serves homes north of Williams Road, while Bonita Springs Utilities serves homes south of it. That means the street address matters more than the Estero name or ZIP code. If the home is close to the line, ask the provider to confirm service before you pay a deposit or pick a start date.
Once the provider is clear, open its current start-service page. Lee County asks for an application, ID, and proof that you own or rent the home. Bonita Springs Utilities lists ID, a member form, a W-9, and the same kind of proof. The two lists are close but not identical, so check the live page before you send the file.
Other household services do not follow the water line. The village lists Florida Power & Light for electricity and Lee County Solid Waste for garbage, recycling, yard waste, and household hazardous waste. Find the water provider first, then use those shared paths for the rest.
