Bradford County permit questions need the site address

Bradford County building and zoning questions go faster when the permit number or 911 site address is ready.

In Bradford County, the most helpful permit detail is often the exact site.

Have the permit number or the 911 site address ready when you ask about an active job. A roof, shed, repair, mobile home, addition, or small business space can bring in more than one desk. Building, zoning, fire prevention, and contractor records may all be part of the answer.

Before you call or stop by, write down the property address, parcel if you have it, owner name, contractor name, permit number if one exists, and a short description of the work. If the property is inside Starke or another city, check whether the city has its own lane too.

This is not about making the project harder. It helps the office find the right file faster. It also helps you hear early if a simple job has a zoning, inspection, or license question attached to it.
